How to get started

Choose how you want to print. Haven't loaded the label roll yet? Check the manual first.

App on your phone

iPhone and Android · wireless

  1. Download the free Lanu Printer app.
  2. Turn on the printer and Bluetooth.
  3. Tap Connect in the app.
  4. Choose your label and tap Print.

Tip: share your shipping label from your email or browser straight to Lanu Printer.

Web app on your computer

Mac, Windows and Chromebook · wireless

  1. Open the web app in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Safari does not work.
  2. Turn on the printer and Bluetooth.
  3. Click Connect and choose BlueTooth Printer.
  4. Drag your label in and click Print.

Tip: click Install in the address bar to add the web app to your computer as a separate program.

Mac and Windows · with cable

  1. Connect the printer with the USB cable and turn it on.
  2. Download and open the driver for your computer.
  3. Print the test label from the normal print menu, at 100 × 150 mm.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Does the web app work in Safari?

No, Safari does not support Bluetooth for websites. Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. On iPhone, use the app from the App Store.

The printer is not in the list

Check that the printer is on (blue light) and Bluetooth is on. The printer can only be connected to one device at a time: close the app or website on your other phone or computer. Still not working? Turn the printer off and on again.

The print is not positioned correctly on the label

Check the size in the app and calibrate the printer: hold the FEED button for 5 seconds until the light flashes red, then release it.

The label is too light

Choose "Darker" under Quality. The printer then prints blacker and a little slower.
